When a resident does not pay rent, or breaks the terms of the lease a legal notice is delivered immediately to rectify the issue and keep any costs minimal.

About

Since 2016 I’ve been in this area providing residential property management, initially under another broker. My portfolio included over 130 properties at a time giving me a wealth of experience and knowledge over the years.


Last April I finally decided to stretch out on my own and opened Urban Interest Realty. My goal is to provide residential management services without charging owners or tenants unnecessary fees while giving them more attention and time by keeping my portfolio down to a fraction of what it was before.

Although I've gone independent I still value the convenience and need for technology.  I try to make everything as easy & accessible as possible with online applications, payments, maintenance requests, and statements.


I offer full-service management as well as tenant placement services for residences in Destin,  Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Freeport, Niceville, Valpairaso, and Fort Walton Beach, & Crestview.
